Are you a true ‘doer’ and is sales second nature to you? Do you have a strong affinity for Asian cuisine and speak fluent Mandarin or French? Would you like to work at a fast-growing, international trading organization where your language skills and passion for sales are central? 

As an Account Manager, you will have the important responsibility of serving our ethnic supermarkets in the Netherlands and across Europe. You will be the main point of contact for these customers and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. We believe that excellent service starts with good communication, which is why speaking the language of our customers is an essential part of your work.

By speaking to customers in their native language, you show that you not only understand their business needs but also appreciate their culture. This creates a personal approach and strengthens the trust and loyalty of our customers. Whether it’s questions, negotiations, or advice, your language skills and cultural sensitivity will make the difference.

You will also be responsible for:

• Developing and expanding your own customer portfolio;
• Approaching and onboarding potential customers;
• Maintaining telephone contact with your customers;
• Visiting your customers to maintain relationships;
• Keeping track of market developments to respond to them.

The Team

The sales team is a passionate group of professionals dedicated to providing the best solutions for customers. The department is divided into various teams to meet the needs of different markets.The China & Korea-Japan team handles all customers with a Chinese or Korean background. The team speaks multiple languages and dialects to communicate with customers in their preferred language.
