Are you a driven Area Sales Manager looking for an opportunity to lead market expansion in MENA & APAC? Do you thrive in international business development and want to shape the future of hybrid potato technology? At Solynta, you will play a key role in scaling our innovative solutions and making a real impact on global food security.

Solynta is headquartered in Wageningen, the Netherlands, a global hub for agricultural innovation. This role requires frequent travel (20-40%) within your assigned territories as business opportunities grow.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in MENA & APAC.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory requirements to guide business decisions.
  • Act as the regional market expert, collaborating with internal teams on strategy.
  • Represent Solynta at industry events, meetings, and customer interactions.

Wij vragen

  • 5+ years of international sales experience in agriculture, seeds, crop protection, or agritech.
  • Based in the Netherlands, with willingness to travel frequently (20-40%) within MENA & APAC.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales and business development.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
